Podere Oliveta is a farmhouse in Tuscany with 5 apartments.

The swallow apartment overlooks the valley towards San Gimignano and is ideal for a couple with a child (maximum 3 people).

You get to the apartment, "Swallow" through an external stone staircase at the side of the house.  It has a living / dining room with kitchenette where, upon request, an extra bed can be put. A corridor leads to the master bedroom, furnished with antique prints and traditional furniture, and to the bathroom with shower.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine satellite TV, safe, private garden and barbecue. The garden has garden furniture and its own barbecue.
